About Jennifer
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 39 years of experience supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward healing and growth. Over the years, I have specialized in trauma treatment, depression, anxiety, and emotionally charged challenges. My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and designed to empower clients with practical strategies while honoring their unique stories. I am also nationally certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and remain dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons School of Social Work, where I built a strong foundation for clinical practice. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client’s needs while encouraging active involvement in treatment planning.
I strive to make therapy a welcoming and collaborative experience. Whether working with individuals or couples, my focus is on creating meaningful change, building resilience, and helping clients feel seen and supported. I welcome you to take the first step toward a healthier and more balanced future.

"I have a very strong skill set in treating those patients that have suffered trauma in their lives."
