About Erin
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with over 13 years of experience providing thoughtful, evidence-based care to adults navigating life’s challenges. I work with individuals seeking greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding as they manage concerns related to work stress, relationships, personal growth, parenting, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel heard and understood. I value collaboration and tailor treatment to each client’s goals and needs.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical counseling psychology from Assumption College. My clinical background includes certification in cognitive behavioral therapy and extensive experience supporting clients through structured, skill-building work that promotes insight, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. I strive to create a steady, reflective space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with intention. When you are ready, I welcome the opportunity to work together and support you in this next chapter

"Booking your first appointment is a meaningful step toward greater clarity, balance, and deeper self-understanding. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard."
Get to know Erin
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
You don’t need to be at a breaking point or know exactly why you’re coming to therapy to begin; it’s often about pausing, noticing patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and building on the strengths you already bring.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental, low pressure, and private conversation focused on getting to know you, understanding what led you to therapy, and what you’re hoping for, even if that’s still unclear.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by getting to know each client’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals, and adjusting my approach to fit what feels most supportive and effective for them. Drawing from evidence-based practices and clinical experience, I collaborate with clients to set a pace and focus that respects their individuality while supporting meaningful, sustainable progress.
