"I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health settings, from substance abuse treatment facilities to crisis stabilization centers. These experiences have taught me that healing rarely follows a straight path, and that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by struggle, resilience, and hope."

People have always opened up to me. Since I was a teenager, I’ve been the one friends turned to when they needed someone to talk to—someone who would listen without judgment and offer honest, compassionate support. That natural connection led me to a career in mental health, but it was the loss of a close friend to suicide that truly solidified my purpose. I knew then that I wanted to help others see that life is worth living, even when it feels unbearable.
What types of clients do you work with best?

I work best with clients who are ready to be honest with themselves. Therapy isn’t always easy, but when someone is willing to look at their patterns, face their pain, and commit to change, that’s where real growth begins
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?

I get excited to work with patients that are open to exploring their options. Sometimes we know something needs to change, but we’re not sure what—or how. I help people slow down, reflect, and gain insight into the patterns, choices, and beliefs that may be holding them back.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

I wish every client knew that I truly don’t judge—and I don’t pretend to have all the answers. What works for one person doesn’t always work for another, and that’s okay. Therapy isn’t about fitting into a formula; it’s about exploring what’s true for you.
