About Delaram
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience, and I am also an advanced doctoral candidate in psychoanalysis. Over the years, I have worked with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and personality difficulties. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by old patterns. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can reduce anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt, strengthen relationships, set healthy boundaries, and begin meaningful healing.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and bring advanced doctoral training in psychoanalysis. My approach is depth-oriented and psychodynamic, with a focus on uncovering patterns, exploring meaning, and creating lasting change through insight, support, and compassionate care.
I invite you to take the courageous step toward therapy, whether you are seeking relief from pain, clarity in confusion, or stronger connections with yourself and others. Together, we can create space for growth, authenticity, and healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward a more fulfilling life.

"As someone who has lived and trained across cultures I understand how complex our stories can be. I offer a space to explore deeper patterns that shape our struggles, growth, and relationships."
Get to know Delaram
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish people knew how much possibility there is to live authentically. Therapy is a process that can uncover what gets in the way and open the path toward greater freedom, connection, and meaning.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first sessions, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll get to know each other, explore what brings you here, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe therapy should reflect the uniqueness of each person. No two people share the same history, culture, or needs, and I tailor my approach to honor that. Together, we will consider not only the challenges you’re facing now but also the broader patterns and experiences that have shaped you. Sometimes this means focusing on immediate concerns and coping strategies; other times it means exploring deeper layers of your story. My role is to listen closely, follow your pace, and adapt our work to what feels most meaningful and helpful to you.
