I am excited to work with all kinds of individuals.
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
That therapy is not linear, it has many ups and downs and that's okay!
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
First sessions are all about getting to know each other and working on building rapport. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking me questions as well.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I know that first appointments can be scary. I hope to provide a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment during the first session.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
During my time off I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and practicing fiber arts.
