About Dalymar
I am a licensed certified social worker with 7 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. I provide a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can feel understood, respected, and supported as they work toward clarity, stability, and meaningful personal change. My approach centers on helping clients feel safe, empowered, and able to explore the concerns that matter most to them.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State University, where I trained in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. I integrate mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and make sustainable progress aligned with their values and goals.
I am committed to helping you feel more grounded, confident, and capable as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will create a clear path forward that supports your healing and growth. If you are ready to begin your journey toward greater emotional well-being, I would be honored to work alongside you.

"As a bilingual clinician with both professional expertise and personal experience navigating transitions in life, I provide evidence-based, culturally attuned care for those seeking meaningful therapeutic support."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a therapist because I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be to have someone truly listen, validate your experiences, and help you navigate moments that feel overwhelming. I chose this work because I’m passionate about helping others find clarity, resilience, and healing—especially during the seasons of life when they feel most alone.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are ready to explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity, even if they’re unsure where to begin. My clients value a balance of warmth and structure, appreciate clear guidance, and are open to practicing new coping skills outside of sessions. I’m especially effective with individuals who want to understand the patterns shaping their emotional experiences and are motivated to create meaningful, sustainable change.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that healing is not linear—and that progress is often happening even when it doesn’t feel like it. Therapy isn’t about being ‘fixed’; it’s about learning to understand yourself, build new tools, and create space for compassion and growth. Small steps, gentle shifts, and moments of insight add up over time, and it’s completely normal for the process to include setbacks. What matters most is showing up for yourself with patience and openness.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, clients can expect a collaborative and structured conversation focused on understanding their current concerns, strengths, and goals. I take time to learn about what brings them to therapy, gather relevant history, and ensure they feel grounded and informed about the process. Early sessions are spent building a strong therapeutic relationship, clarifying what they want to achieve, and creating a personalized plan that feels realistic and supportive.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is shaped by a combination of personal lived experiences and core professional values. Navigating my own challenges has deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief that healing requires both safety and collaboration. These experiences remind me to meet clients with patience, cultural sensitivity, and genuine respect for their unique journeys. I value authenticity, compassion, and accountability, and I bring these into every session.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities—such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed frameworks, and mindfulness—and adapt them to fit the client’s pace, preferences, and emotional needs. I check in regularly to make sure the work feels relevant and supportive, adjusting strategies as clients gain insight or circumstances change.
