Courtney Cabrera is a queer Cuban-American woman and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience. She specializes in helping others with challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and other issues. Courtney has experience providing therapy to survivors of human trafficking, individuals struggling with substance use, and patients experiencing life transitions.
Courtney has a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health that addresses mind, body, and spirit. Courtney uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing to empower her clients to develop resilience and build coping mechanisms.
