Christopher Andrew is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 7 years of experience partnering with adolescents and young adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, life skills, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and anger management.
Christopher completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Emmanuel College and his Master of Education (MEd) in School Adjustment Counseling and Mental Health at Cambridge College. He utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, motivational interviewing, solution focused, and emotionally focused approaches to therapy, always maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual he encounters.
Chris seeks to establish a warm and caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths and better collaborate with you towards meeting your goals and living the meaningful life you value and desire!

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I have always had a passion for helping others work through challenging situations, small or large and I aspire to do more.

Many things inspire me, but I would say my biggest inspiration is life itself.

I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my loved ones.
