About Amalia
I am a licensed mental health counselor with 3 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to living with purpose, peace, and clarity. My counseling philosophy is holistic and goal-oriented, meaning we focus not only on problems but also on building the skills and strength needed for the future. I believe in active, skill-focused therapy where I partner with you to create meaningful change and help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I earned my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates practical techniques to help you manage anxiety, establish healthy boundaries, and improve communication. I also provide faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to incorporate spirituality into their healing journey.
I invite you to take the first step toward healing and transformation. Together, we can explore your goals, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and begin the work of building resilience, clarity, and purpose. I look forward to meeting you and walking beside you on your journey to wholeness and peace.

"Finding clarity is not about knowing all the answers, but learning to trust the quiet voice guiding you home."
