Alice Rodgers is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has over 2 years of experience assisting teens, young adults, and adults to improve their communication skills and to find healing from the symptoms of anxiety, depression, undeveloped coping skills, low self-esteem, grief, difficult life transitions, academic issues, low self-esteem, chronic stress, substance use, trauma, PTSD, and women’s issues.
Alice received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Art Therapy from Lesley University. During sessions, she orients toward person-centered, strength-based, humanist, existential, and positive psychology practices. Clients struggling with identity formation and self-esteem will find a therapeutic relationship with her that is supportive, collaborative, and allows for curiosity. Alice is an advocate for identity development and healthy relationships, and although she is comfortable with talk therapy, her specialty is art therapy.
By exploring clients’ creative strengths, she'll work together with them to build structure and meaning in their daily routines, find validation of their experiences, and grow and enrich their inner worlds. Alice knows that it takes personal strength and wisdom to seek help. She looks forward to assisting you on your journey towards discovering your own resilience and inner ability to heal and grow.
