I am a compassionate and dedicated clinician holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. My professional background spans therapeutic day schools, higher levels of care for eating disorders, and outpatient settings. Originally from Puerto Rico and now living in the Midwest, I work primarily with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mental health trauma, school refusal, school anxiety, and eating disorders.

I tailor care using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Being bilingual, I am proud to offer therapy in both Spanish and English, creating a culturally welcoming space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and build effective coping skills.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I am here to provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you feel supported every step of the way. Whenever you are ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a session.
