Throughout my experience in social work and behavioral health, I have worked with children, adolescents, and families navigating difficult life experiences, emotional and behavioral challenges, family hardships, and loss. My background includes child protection and family support, behavioral health therapy focused on coping skills and emotional regulation, and school-based counseling with adolescents struggling with their identity or sense of self. Through individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and collaboration with families and schools, I help clients recognize their strengths and build resilience.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and valued. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, family hardships, grief, and self-esteem. Through individualized treatment, I help clients build resilience.
Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. You deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood. Wherever you are in your journey, I welcome you to take that next step with me as we work together toward healing and a stronger sense of self. I look forward to meeting you.

"As a woman of color who has faced life’s challenges, I understand the importance of feeling seen, supported, and safe. I believe we all have strengths that can help us overcome obstacles and grow. I invite you to take this journey with me in a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to become your best self."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a counselor because I have a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s difficult experiences, and recognize their own strengths. I’ve seen how meaningful it can be when someone feels heard, supported, and understood without judgment. Knowing that I can make a difference by providing a Sade space where individuals feel empowered, makes this work meaningful to me.
