About Olivia

Olivia Alston is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve personal growth and emotional healing. She is passionate about empowering others to reach self-sufficiency and long-term change. Olivia specializes in working with clients navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) informed and committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for healing.

Olivia earned her Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Lincoln University of Missouri. She integrates evidence-based methods with a compassionate, trauma-informed lens to guide her clients toward resilience, self-awareness, and lasting emotional wellness.

Clients can expect to be met with dignity, warmth, and intentional care. Olivia is dedicated to showing up fully for each session and tailoring support to each person’s needs. Her calming presence and authentic approach help clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to live more fully.

In the first session, I seek to begin to establish rapport and trust with clients.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside running and taking long walks. I also love swimming. I enjoy discovering unique dining experiences. I enjoy entertaining family and friends. I find joy in traveling.
