About Michelle

Michelle Lambert is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 24 years of experience. She specializes in supporting teens, adults, and seniors navigating adjustment disorders, adoption, depression, anxiety, self-esteem

and stress-related disorders. After a successful legal career, Michelle returned to school to pursue her true passion for helping others accomplish personal and professional growth, obtain wellness, and meet mental health goals.

Michelle received her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and life coaching techniques, tailoring care to fit the needs of each client.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

My first passion when starting college and thought I wanted to go to law school. Returned to my true passion eventually.

Many things. Ability to change, ability to reach potential, ability to thrive.
