Jabreeka Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 13 years of experience providing a safe environment for a variety of populations of all ages including, but not limited to, adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with relationship issues, school or work-related stress, anxiety, depression, life transitional issues, and dysfunctional family dynamics.
Jabreeka completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Clark Atlanta University and her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Child and Adolescent Counseling at Richmont Graduate University.
Jabreeka meets clients where they are, utilizing an eclectic approach, including cognitive behavioral, person-centered, positive psychology, gestalt, emotionally-focused, and mindfulness techniques, always maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual and couple. She is committed to building a relationship of trust and rapport with each client, which is essential to the counseling process. Jabreeka’s empathy and compassion help clients feel comfortable, safe, and unjudged.

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I believe the field of counseling is a "calling" . Throughout my life people have always found it so easy to open up and talk to me about anything. When the time came to figure out the next step in my life, I knew it was to become a counselor.

I am a very open-minded individual who is non-judgmental and whose also had my share of difficulties in life that I've had to work through
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I enjoy spending time with my kids, family, and friends. Trying to places, dancing, and listening to music.
