About Ashley
Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. She has spent her career partnering with her clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, and life and career transition.
Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organizational Development and a Master of Science from Georgia State University in Professional Counseling. She uses various approaches to help her clients live their best lives. Examples of the therapeutic approaches she uses are person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies.
Ashley seeks to create a caring empathetic relationship with you to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. Maintaining a warm relationship that focuses on nurturing you towards your goals, desires, and outcomes is Ashley’s priority. She plans to use her knowledge and training to meet you where you are on your journey and join you in becoming your best self.

I was referred by a close friend who loved the company and I loved how clinicians put all their energy into helping clients.

When clients experience "Ah-Ha" moments that change their life.

Getting to know you and see if I can help.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Hug my kids, jog, walk, play pickle ball, read, hangout with friends, watch Netflix, travel.
