About Sorcha
Sorcha Wool is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 10 years of experience. She works with children, teens, adults, families, and others who are struggling with depression, family issues, stress, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, personality disorders, life transitions, and more.
Sorcha completed her Master's Degree at Florida International University. She uses multiple approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy (TFT), and much more.
Sorcha will partner together with you, whether you are a family seeking stability and better understanding, or an individual who needs support and guidance. She invites you to step forward and schedule your first session.

To learn what inspires people and brings them confidence and balance in their lives.

Clients going through life changes or adjustments or who may have some anxiety and depression
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I love working with children and families as well as adults
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
Change takes place over time, and it starts with believing in yourself.

Nature, spirituality, and witnessing grace/kindness between people.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
We will collaboratively come up with specific goals that you want to work on and strengths that you bring to therapy.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I want to establish mutual respect and trust and find out what brings joy to your life as well as challenges you want to work on.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
I know how hard it is to take that first step to start therapy and iI will see you as a unique and brave individual for just showing up
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Nature walks, learning languages, traveling, and watching movies.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
I love to see sunset and connect with nature
