About Rachel
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience and a passion for supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, mood and personality disorders, medical concerns, and substance use. My compassionate and collaborative approach is tailored to each individual’s needs. I have experience working with diverse populations, including sex workers, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals seeking gender-affirming care. Through a goal-oriented, solution-focused lens, I help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Barry University and have experience as a medical social worker and therapist. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, internal family systems, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness.
I believe everyone deserves accessible care that begins with connection. My goal is to help clients create lasting change by identifying their strengths and developing practical skills that empower them to navigate life’s challenges and reach their goals.

"I believe therapy is a space for connection, healing, and growth; one we can build together."
