Welcome! I’m Ninel Silvagnoli, a bilingual (English & Spanish) clinical social worker in Florida. My work is shaped by hands-on experience supporting individuals through acute crisis, guiding diverse families in community settings, and providing dedicated outpatient psychotherapy. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by everyday demands. My priority is to create a compassionate, culturally responsive environment where you can unpack your challenges and define your personal path forward.
My clinical approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Mindfulness-Based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based frameworks. Together, we focus on identifying core patterns, building healthy boundaries, and fostering sustainable resilience.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes vulnerability and courage. Whether you are working through an acute transition or seeking deeper emotional alignment, you do not have to do it alone. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey toward self-discovery, growth, and lasting well-being.

"As a bilingual clinician, my mission is to walk alongside you with warmth, authenticity, and cultural care—helping you transform life's heaviest moments into clarity, healing, and lasting strength."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose the clinical social work path because I believe deeply in the transformative power of authentic human connection and meeting people where they are. Having served as a Crisis Navigator at United Against Poverty and worked with diverse families in community mental health, I saw firsthand how quickly unexpected life stress, systemic pressures, and emotional overwhelm can make someone feel isolated. Becoming a therapist allows me to walk alongside individuals during their most vulnerable moments, offering a grounded, culturally responsive space where they can decompress, regain stability, and realize they never have to navigate healing alone.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, major life transitions, relationship dynamics, selfesteem challenges, and emotional burnout. Many of the clients I support are empathetic, conscientious individuals who tend to carry the weight of everything on their shoulders and are ready to create healthier boundaries, build emotional resilience, and break free from cycles of overthinking. As a bilingual clinician, I also deeply connect with clients seeking culturally affirming, inclusive care that honors their unique heritage and lived realities.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing is not a neat, linear line, and you don’t need to have your thoughts sorted or your life figured out before showing up to session. Therapy isn't about being "fixed"—it’s about having a safe, non-judgmental space to unpack the heavy things you've been carrying, learn practical tools that actually fit your day-to-day life, and rediscover trust in your own voice and strength. Simply taking the step to show up is where change begins.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded, and low-pressure environment where the sole focus is getting to know you at your own pace. We will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy, explore your primary goals, and clarify what genuine relief and progress look like for you. The early stages are centered on establishing emotional safety, mapping out the patterns or stressors impacting your daily life, and introducing practical, evidence-based coping strategies that you can start using immediately between sessions.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is deeply anchored in empathy, cultural humility, authenticity, and respect for self-determination. Navigating bilingual spaces and supporting individuals from all walks of life—from crisis stabilization to outpatient therapy—has reinforced my belief that every person possesses inherent resilience. I value transparency and genuine human connection, ensuring that every client feels seen, respected, and validated regardless of what chapter of life they are currently walking through.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Because no two lived experiences are identical, I take an integrative, collaborative approach rather than relying on a rigid blueprint. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, and strength-based frameworks to match your personal communication style, values, and pace. We routinely check in on our therapeutic goals to ensure our sessions feel relevant, empowering, and responsive to your evolving needs.
