I decided to become a counselor because I’ve always felt a deep calling to support others through their most challenging moments. Witnessing the resilience of people and helping them uncover their strengths inspires me daily. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their emotions, grow, and reclaim their sense of purpose and well-being.

I work best with children and adolescents who are navigating emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or difficulties with self-regulation.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
Children, Teens, Adults
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that therapy is a collaborative process—it’s not about having all the answers right away, but rather about working together to explore and uncover solutions. Change takes time, and it’s completely okay to feel uncertain or frustrated at times.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I chose to practice at Thriveworks because of its strong commitment to providing high-quality, accessible mental health care to individuals of all ages. Thriveworks creates a supportive, client-centered environment that aligns with my belief in fostering a non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by the resilience of the human spirit, especially in the face of challenges. Seeing people push through tough situations, adapt, and grow motivates me to keep striving for personal growth as well. I also find inspiration in the simple power of determination—whether it's in sports, building something from scratch, or facing daily obstacles with grit
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session with me, clients can expect to start by discussing what brought them to therapy, what goals they have, and any concerns they want to address. I aim to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, I want to establish a strong foundation for the therapeutic relationship. This includes getting to know the client, understanding their concerns, and setting clear goals for therapy. It’s important to create a safe, open environment where the client feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
Before scheduling a first session with me, clients should know that I value a collaborative, empathetic, and client-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore challenges, set goals, and work together toward positive change. I believe in the importance of building trust and rapport from the start, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and respected.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my free time, I enjoy staying active with my dog or just enjoying the outdoors together. I love exercising, especially activities like biking or running to unwind. Sports are also a big part of my life—I enjoy playing pickup basketball or soccer and watching games with friends.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
One thing that defines me outside of work is my love for nature—whether it’s hiking, sitting by the water, or just soaking in the quiet moments, I find it’s where I feel most grounded and inspired.
