My own life experiences drew me to helping others and becoming a psychotherapist.

I work with people who are sincerely seeking help with their mental health. I have a passion for helping people overcome their challenges and living more fulfilling lives.

I work with adults who are ready to engage in serious therapy. I help them develop the skills they need to overcome their challenges and live more fulfilling lives.

What inspires you?


Helping others is my passion. I love seeing clients improve and overcome their challenges. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and positive changes.

I enjoy playing the piano and guitar. I love spending time with my family, especially my grandkids. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places.
