About Jessica
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with 5 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages through emotional and behavioral challenges. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, men and women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, or grief. My goal is to help clients heal from past pain, develop healthier coping tools, and rediscover their resilience in a compassionate and supportive environment.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I’ve served as a crisis counselor and grief counselor, helping children and adults process trauma and navigate life’s challenges. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to guide clients toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
Healing isn’t always a straight path, but you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way with empathy and understanding. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me so we can begin your journey toward emotional wellness together.

"As someone who has dealt with the mental health system personally, I am someone who understands how it feels to find someone who is willing to listen and be heard."
Get to know Jessica
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
When I was young, I had mental health problems, and I remember it taking a long time to find someone to help me. Once I found the perfect fit, my therapist at the time was someone I felt safe and secure with. I hope to be that for someone in the future.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Children, Adolescents and Women.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
It will take time. The process can be long and hard, but with the right therapist, it can be very rewarding.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
It depends on why they came to see me. However, the first sessions will be very casual so we can work together, seeing what future sessions will look like.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
We will work together to find what treatment plans fit the client best.
