About Jasmine
Hi, I'm Jasmine, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggle with self-worth or communication, or are healing from difficult relationships. Together, we'll explore the underlying causes of your challenges while building practical skills to help you create healthier relationships, greater confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers, it's about having a safe place to figure things out. I'll support you with compassion, honest conversations, and practical strategies that help you break unhealthy patterns, strengthen your self-worth, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whatever you're facing, I'm here to support you with compassion and without judgment. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

"I am passionate about helping people break unhealthy patterns, strengthen their self-worth, and build secure, fulfilling relationships. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I've always been drawn to understanding people and what shapes the way we think, feel, and connect with others. Becoming a counselor gave me the opportunity to combine that passion with my desire to help others navigate life's challenges. I love seeing clients gain insight, build confidence, and realize they're capable of creating meaningful, lasting change. It's incredibly rewarding to walk alongside someone as they heal, grow, and begin living a life that feels more aligned with who they want to be.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work with those who are ready to better understand themselves and create positive change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with selfconfidence, or finding it difficult to communicate their needs and build healthy relationships. Others are navigating life transitions, healing from past relationships, or working to break patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're looking to strengthen your self-worth, improve communication, or build healthier, more fulfilling relationships, I'm here to help you develop the tools and confidence to move forward.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish everyone knew that healing isn't linear, and it doesn't have to look a certain way. Some days you'll feel like you're making huge progress, and other days it may feel like you've taken a step back, and that's completely normal. Therapy also doesn't have to be serious all the time. There will be moments of reflection, but there can also be laughter, celebrations, and even a little humor along the way. Healing is unique to you, and together we'll create a space that feels supportive, authentic, and fits your needs.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy
In your first session, we'll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from the process. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin, my goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood. In the early stages of therapy, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and begin developing tools that support your goals and growth.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is guided by compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person has a unique story that deserves to be understood. I value creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel accepted, supported, and free to be themselves. I believe our past experiences can shape the way we view ourselves and our relationships, but they don't have to define our future. I’m passionate about helping clients build self-awareness, confidence, and healthier connections with themselves and others.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe therapy should be personalized to who you are, what you've experienced, and what you hope to achieve. I take time to understand your unique story, challenges, strengths, and goals so we can create an approach that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore patterns, build practical tools, and focus on the areas that matter most in your life. My goal is to meet you where you are while supporting you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
