About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Wohlford is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, couples and families to address their individual concerns and come up with workable solutions. Elizabeth specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
Elizabeth completed her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She has spent the last 10 years working in a community agency providing guidance and support to culturally diverse populations. Elizabeth utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy (SFT).

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I went through a difficult time in my life, and I had a wonderful counselor to help me through it. I wanted to help others the same way.
