About Danielle
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 6 years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. I work with adults and couples, helping clients move beyond survival mode and gain clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self.
I hold a master’s degree in psychology from Albizu University. My clinical approach is client-centered and collaborative, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. I focus on creating a supportive, structured space that encourages insight, growth, and meaningful change.
I strive to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can move at your own pace and feel supported throughout the therapeutic process. If you are ready to prioritize your mental health and work toward lasting progress, I invite you to schedule a session today.

"Having done my own healing, I combine authentic lived experience and clinical expertise to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
To me, it is a privilege to facilitate a safe space where positive and change is possible. Growth is uncomfortable, but the lasting impacts are worth it. YOU are worth it.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who understand the value of growth and looking inwards. I work best with clients who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
People often get stuck on, "but then they'll think or believe XYZ." One must understand that "they" are going to (probably) think or believe "it anyway." One cannot control anothers thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. They are going to believe it anyway, so why not begin to accept that and make your life manageable, because you'll be aligned with realistic expectations from others.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
The first session is an assessment of your complete mental and medical health history. The second session is when the therapy actually begins. However, the magic happens within the first encounter, where I get to meet you!
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I became the therapist that I wish I had had when I needed someone the most. If you feel like you have 18 tabs open in your head, and you don't know where the music is coming from, then I'm here to help you lighten the load.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I make sure that every client gets their own unique and individualized approach, treatment plans, and goals. I meet the client where they are at. This isnt about my agenda, its about the client and their needs being met.
