About Provider

About Christine

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by both life experience and a deep commitment to helping others navigate difficult moments with clarity and compassion. After many years of personal and professional growth, I returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Social Work. I’m now a LCSW and primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. What drew me to this work, and continues to guide me, is a deep respect for people’s resilience. I’ve seen how much can shift when someone feels truly heard and supported.

In our first sessions, I focus on understanding your goals, history, and what’s bringing you to therapy, while helping you feel comfortable and heard. Progress often looks like gaining insight, recognizing patterns that aren’t working, building healthier coping strategies, and feeling more confident navigating life’s challenges.

If you're ready to feel more like yourself again, and less like you’re just going through the motions, I’d be honored to talk and see if we’re a good fit.

Get to know Christine

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by both life experience and a deep commitment to helping others navigate difficult moments with clarity and compassion. After many years of personal and professional growth, I returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Social Work. What drew me to this work, and continues to guide me, is a deep respect for people’s resilience. I’ve seen how much can shift when someone feels truly heard and supported.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with adults who are open to selfreflection and motivated to make meaningful changes, especially those navigating stress, transitions, or emotional overwhelm.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

That change is possible, even if it doesn’t feel like it is. Therapy is one of the most worthwhile investments you can make in yourself.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In our first sessions, I focus on understanding your goals, history, and what’s bringing you to therapy, while helping you feel comfortable and heard.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by both life experience and a deep commitment to helping others navigate difficult moments with clarity and compassion.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor therapy by listening closely to each client’s goals, strengths, and preferences, then using a flexible approach that adapts as their needs and progress change.
