I am a Latina LMHC dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. I believe every person has the ability to grow and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively. As a Latina therapist, I value cultural understanding and relationships built on trust. I welcome individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and strive to make therapy a place where everyone feels valued and empowered.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I create a safe space where you explore emotions while developing healthy coping skills. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. You can expect to feel heard and empowered as we work toward greater self-awareness and well-being.

You don't have to navigate challenges alone. I'm here to provide a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow. Taking the first step toward better mental health can be meaningful—when you're ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and begin your journey toward positive change.
