Clients reaching their goals inspires me! Each has a way of teaching me something I didn’t know before. Seeing clients grow through positive change is beautiful and makes what I do so rewarding. I am also inspired by spending time in nature.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
The first session I will meet you with compassion and listen to what you have to say. It is a time to create a safe place to talk, establish trust and build rapport.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
