Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a therapist because our emotional and mental well-being deserve the same care and attention as our physical health. Seeking therapy isn’t a sign that something is wrong—it’s a powerful act of self-love and commitment to living a fuller, more meaningful life. When we take care of ourselves, everything else we care about becomes more sustainable and joyful.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with adults, especially women, who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or a desire for personal growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply yearning for more from life, I’m here to help you explore what’s possible.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish every client knew that the true power in therapy comes from within themselves. As a therapist, I’m here to guide and support—but you are the expert of your own life, and you hold the wisdom to create real, lasting change.
What inspires you?
I find inspiration in the simple miracles of life—the sunrise, the breath we take, and the strength people show in the face of adversity. Every day brings a new opportunity to grow, connect, and move closer to our purpose.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy and what goals you hope to achieve. Most importantly, I want to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
In my free time, I enjoy reading about spirituality and personal growth, practicing yoga, traveling to new places, and singing karaoke—it’s my way of staying joyful and connected to myself.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
Peace and purpose guide me—I strive to live in harmony and push myself to grow and achieve what I set my mind to.
Which category do you most closely identify with or describes you?
