About Sade
Nice to meet you. My name is Sade, and I will be your Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Therapist. I hope to offer you a space where you feel genuinely safe, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. This is a place to set down what you've been carrying and explore the deeper parts of yourself with compassion and care. I believe life is a journey — not a race — and there are times when having extra support can make all the difference. I'm here to meet you wherever you are, offering steady support, understanding, and guidance as you move toward greater freedom, healing, and self-liberation.
Together, we can build the insight, confidence, and resilience you need to feel more empowered, grounded, and prepared for whatever lies ahead. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, meaning your unique needs, story, and pace shape our work. In our sessions, you'll find an empathic, nonjudgmental environment where you can process, reflect, and grow.
While we can't always remove difficult circumstances or emotions, we can strengthen our ability to adapt, reconnect with our most authentic selves, and truly thrive! Life brings challenges that can feel overwhelming, and no one is meant to walk through them alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!

"As a woman of color who has been faced with many adversities since birth, I understand the true meaning of life knocking you down, but by all means, you have to get back up. "
Get to know Sade
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Helping others to overcome life's curveballs has always been a passion of mine.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Clients who are willing to put in the work of growth, change, and transformation.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing takes time. It is not linear, and it is not a race. It is, in fact, a journey that requires a helping hand along the way.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect us to get to know one another. I won't interrogate you; I'll converse with you to understand your needs. The energy and vibes are calm and laidback.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
Trust is gained, healing can happen, and love is deserved by all, but we have to be open to receiving all the above.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I meet them where they are and then build a treatment plan that helps them to achieve their goal or create their goal.
