I wish we knew how strong we all are on the inside and how to cultivate and tap into that strength on a regular and consistent basis.

Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?

I read reviews of Thriveworks from both clients and employers (current and former) and was impressed by the overwhelmingly positive experiences individuals had with the organization.

What inspires you?

I'm inspired by perseverance - continued action, like working on ourselves, despite the difficulties.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

In a first session, you can expect me to try and get to know you and allow you to engage in your process.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

In a first session, I'd love to accomplish getting to know a little bit about you and your ideas or goals for therapy.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?

You should know that my favorite color is purple.
