About Elizabeth
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 31 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating addiction, chronic pain, trauma, ADHD, and complex life stressors. My clinical background spans private practice, outpatient substance abuse treatment, educational settings, and court-involved services, allowing me to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Fordham University and hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mercy College. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered counseling, and shame-informed care. I am certified in dialectical behavior therapy and ADHD clinical services.
I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we will work toward meaningful goals, build resilience, and develop practical tools to support long-term growth and well-being. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your path forward.
