I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Anthropology. As a former student-athlete and youth sports coach, I bring a unique perspective to my work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, and questions of sexual orientation. I help clients better understand their experiences, practice selfcompassion, develop healthy coping strategies, establish boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, honoring each client’s personalized experiences, strengths, and goals.
I offer a supportive space to explore patterns, understand emotions, and gain insight into the experiences that shape you. Together, we cultivate self-compassion, recognize and build on your personal strengths and interests, and develop healthier coping skills and habits.
Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported. I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you.

"As a lifelong learner who values authenticity, I believe that even through life’s challenges, we can discover our resilience, deepen our self-understanding, and create meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust and connection, where we can explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and find a path forward that feels true to who you are."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My interest in counseling stems from a longstanding appreciation for meaningful connection and self-discovery. I have always been drawn to conversations that encourage reflection, deepen selfunderstanding, and open the door to new perspectives. I believe that greater awareness of our experiences can help us find a path forward.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I enjoy working with people who want to better understand themselves, make sense of their experiences, and navigate life's challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, adjusting to change, or hoping to strengthen your relationships, I aim to offer a space where you can explore what's going on beneath the surface, gain new perspectives, and move forward with greater selfcompassion and confidence.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy isn't about getting everything right or having it all figured out. It's about learning to meet ourselves with compassion, giving ourselves grace along the way, and recognizing that each day offers a new opportunity for growth.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to build trust and explore what brings them to therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or share everything at once. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by listening closely to what clients share, paying attention to verbal and nonverbal cues, and remaining open to different approaches as their needs evolve. I check in regularly to ensure our work feels helpful and aligned with each client’s goals.
