I'm a licensed social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their journeys toward well-being. I hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in clinical Social work. I am passionate about helping adults and young professionals navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My clients often seek compassionate guidance as they pursue greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.
My approach combines evidence-based practices with deep empathy and a collaborative spirit. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to empower clients by helping them build practical skills and new perspectives. Clients can expect a safe, supportive space where growth and healing are possible.
Congratulations, you have taken one of the most difficult parts of your mental health journey. Wherever you are on your journey, you deserve support that honors your unique story. I look forward to walking alongside you as you take the next step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

"As someone who has experienced grief in the past, understanding who you are with that major life change is a process that you shouldn't take lightly."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My decision to become a counselor started at home. I grew up in a household where mental health was not a priority due to cultural beliefs. I made a decision to make mental fitness a priority, just like your annual physical exam, one client at a time.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy is an important part of your mental health journey. It can be a long or short process. The results depend on how much work you put into it; it will test your patience. The end result will be worth it, and it will provide you with skills that you can utilize in all parts of your life.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the early stages of therapy, I like to spend time getting to know the client. For example, what brings them to therapy? What have they done before to address the issue? What are their expectations for therapy? Overall, building rapport with the client.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I usually focus on the client's strengths and build on them using different therapy techniques that match the needs.
