Jessica Boettiger is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience. She has worked with individuals of all ages in community, educational, and residential settings. Jessica specializes in supporting clients coping with depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, identity development, and stress management. She is especially passionate about helping adolescents and young adults develop a strong sense of self to guide them through changes and challenges. Jessica has her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and existential therapy to identify thoughts and behaviors that stand in the way of change. Jessica also incorporates art and other avenues of creativity into sessions.
