Sandy completed her Master's in Social Work degree at CSU Bakersfield. She has experience working in social services for more than 20 years. She specializes in trauma-related disorders. Sandy utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy.
Sandy is confident that she would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with your worries and concerns, or if you just want to have a conversation. Whatever you're feeling, she will be with you through your journey.
