About Rasheedah
I am an associate clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for mental health advocacy and community empowerment. My expertise spans talk therapy, medication management, behavioral interventions, and crisis support, enabling me to guide individuals and families through complex challenges with empathy and professionalism. I believe in the power of trusting relationships and work tirelessly to create safe spaces where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I have served diverse populations, and I continue to build a reputation for delivering compassionate, respectful, client-centered care.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Arizona. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, and person-centered therapy in my practice based on client needs.
When not working directly with clients, I engage in community outreach, mentorship, and education, sharing my knowledge to inspire others and promote mental wellness. My unwavering dedication reflects a simple but powerful mission: to help individuals "like you" thrive and live with dignity, hope, and resilience. I invite you to make an appointment today.

"As an experienced mental health professional, I know every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Healing begins when people feel seen and heard, and my mission is to create spaces where hope and resilience can flourish."
