About Pamela
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience helping individuals strengthen the mind-body connection to support emotional healing. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder, and I look forward to expanding my practice to include children in the future. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I listen closely and partner with you to find strategies that fit your unique needs, helping you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and have a background in nutrition. I take a holistic approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy with mindfulness, breathwork, and movement.
Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where your experiences are honored. Together, we can begin exploring a path toward a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilled version of you.

"I believe that true healing involves the whole self—mind, body, and breath—and I guide clients toward balance through an integrative, embodied approach."
Get to know Pamela
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Working as a health coach and behavioral specialist, I always cared about people’s well-being, but a personal traumatic experience shifted my path. With support, I found healing, and I was inspired to become a therapist to help others navigate their challenges and feel truly supported.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Anyone seeking support.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish all clients believed in themselves and understood their issue do not define them.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first few sessions, clients can expect to share their experiences and goals, allowing us to collaboratively create a plan tailored to their needs.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is shaped by my own experiences with trauma and healing, which taught me the importance of feeling seen and supported. Combined with my background as a health coach, I bring a mind-body approach and a collaborative, empathetic style to help clients build resilience and reconnect with themselves.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Our healing journey is as unique as a thumbprint—no two paths are the same. When tailoring therapy, I prioritize the individual first, focusing on their experiences, needs, and goals.
