About Christine
I got my undergrad degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Holistic Health, then earned my master's degree from John F. Kennedy University.. One transformational approach I use is EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which can clear trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, and enhance performance. I work in a client-centered way, incorporating humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-oriented approaches along with CBT and DBT. In our first few sessions, we'll identify what brings you in and what goals you'd like to work toward, then begin our therapeutic journey together.
We'll start with talk therapy to build rapport as I learn your history. I may teach you techniques to help with your symptoms. As we progress, we may move into deeper work using EMDR if you're comfortable. I follow your lead and offer options along the way. Safety and readiness matter—I'll suggest deeper work when I see it could help, but it's your choice.
I feel privileged to do this work and help people get closer to where they want to be in their lives. My goal is to support you in living with greater meaning, fulfillment, and clarity. Through our collaborative process, you'll develop tools and insights that create lasting change. Together, we can work toward healing and a more connected, purposeful life.

"As a seasoned therapist, I help people figure out how to start living their life in alignment with their true self by seeing what's blocking them, clearing past negative experiences and learning to manage difficult feelings and experiences that come up as they envision how they want to show up to make positive things happen in their life."
