About Ashley
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 6 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I have worked across residential, school, and community-based settings, offering compassionate care to diverse populations. I specialize in helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles. I believe in helping individuals discover their inner strengths, develop effective tools to manage emotions, and reframe unhelpful thoughts into empowering beliefs that foster growth and resilience.
I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. My therapeutic approach is transparent, person-centered, and strength-based, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection. I use treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Inspired by my journey of healing from grief, navigating shifting family dynamics, and breaking free from generational cycles, I bring empathy and understanding to a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences, embrace their healing journey, and build a meaningful, authentic life.

"As a first-generation Latina therapist, I strive to help others heal generational wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their authentic selves y la comunidad. "
