Self pay costs

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, where I was born and raised. I obtained my Master’s of Social Work through ASU in 2020, and have been fully licensed as an LCSW since September 2023. After my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Northern Arizona University, I worked in case management, then became a child and family therapist from 2019 to 2023, helping children and adolescents ages 5-18 with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and school issues. Since 2023, as an LCSW I work with individuals of all ages—children through geriatric—on PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief.
I help people connect to their authentic self and build stronger connections and new skills where growth was limited due to life circumstances. I use a somatic, mind-body approach for nervous system regulation and embodying who you really are past life experiences. I use a solution-focused, person-centered, compassionate approach guided by your needs.
I look forward to walking with you on this journey of self development, growth, and connection, in mind, body and spirit.

"As one who has experienced personal trauma and loss, I have an authentic understanding of how we are impacted by painful life circumstances and how regulating the nervous system can help us to feel safe in our body again, and building new life skills can empower us once more, in mind, body & spirit"
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
To help people identify the inner workings of who they are, past the social conditioning of society, and into who they are past these conditions.
What types of clients do you work best with?
All types, including children, adolescents, families, couples, first responders, trauma survivors, young adults, midlife, woman issues, elderly, grief, end of life, school, peer work issues, ect.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
The therapist doesn't fix or judge, and it is not a linear process, but a space to be courageous in vulnerability, a safe space to heal however, healing can be uncomfortable, so. Move into the discomfort with surrender, and you will be in awe of what this releases.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
A warm conversation, an active listener, person centered guided goal plan, somatic approach to healing for nervous system regulation, and tracking with therapist to understand the process and growth occurring in therapy.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My experience with grief and loss, my compassionate nature guided with empowering those I serve, strength based and person centered meaning, I am not in the lead but, you are.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I listen, we identify the concerns together based on their lived experience, and based on individual strengths and values, coping strategies develop together.
