What inspires you?
People who overcome challenges while staying content demonstrate resilience. Hard work and focus are commendable qualities. Exploring new things and considering different perspectives can be beneficial.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
During the first session, clients will be heard and validated. We aim to identify their therapy goals and provide an intervention to try before the next session.

The first session focuses on building rapport and identifying diagnosis and treatment goals.

I listen empathetically to understand clients' motivations for seeking therapy. I balance honesty with kindness and use humor to build rapport.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Watching sports, doing crafts, and traveling are interests. Teaching martial arts is an activity that is done. Entertaining friends and family is a common pastime.
