About LeToyia
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family conflict, and parenting concerns in children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience providing individual therapy, family therapy, and parental support services in therapeutic counseling settings.
I earned my Master of Science in mental health counseling from Walden University. I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, and I take an individualized approach to care, recognizing that no single model fits every client. My style is direct, honest, and compassionate.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore your experiences and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to schedule a session.

"I know firsthand what it’s like to face anxiety, stress, trauma, and grief. That’s why I’m dedicated to walking alongside others as they navigate their own challenges, offering hope, compassion, and support to help them move forward and live a fulfilling life."
