In closing, I am a lover of Life, and I live by the motto if I can help someone along the way, then my labor is not in vain. I am here to provide quality therapeutic services to those in need.

"Life has its way of challenging us all! As a person who is no stranger to life's ups and downs, experiencing grief, loss, personal traumas and dealing with high functioning depression and stress, I have a true understanding of how we are all impacted by similar life challenges and how being transparent, participatory, and open to learning to exist and cope in a world full of ups and downs, we all can recover. My personal approach to therapy is using an eclectic therapeutic modality that fits the need(s) of the individual, family, group, and/or couple. "
