About Natalie
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. I have worked across outpatient, community mental health, and inpatient substance use treatment settings, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Connecticut. My therapeutic style is person-centered and experiential, incorporating cognitive and dialectical approaches, solution-focused therapy, strength-based techniques, and emotionally focused interventions to support authentic growth and healing.
Healing is a process, not a single moment. I strive to create a supportive and grounded space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, and develop tools that foster lasting change. If you’re ready to begin your journey, I invite you to take the next step and schedule a session.

"As an experiential therapist, I work to help clients expand their experience to find an authentic path to healing."

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish clients knew about the healing process is that it isn't linear and therapy is as unique as the individual.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
As a therapist, it's important for me to get to know my clients as whole individuals outside of just "the problem". I like to establish early therapeutic rapport with my clients which helps build the foundation where healing can begin to take place. We'll work together to set goals for therapy and collaborate on ways to achieve these in a way that feels most authentic to you!
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe that each client is an expert on themselves and that there is no singular laid path for healing. I see each client as a unique individual and when we put our knowledge together, I believe that we can forge a path to healing that is as unique and authentic as the individual.
