I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 21 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-criticism, relationship concerns, and substance-use disorders. I have extensive experience working with veterans, adolescents, foster and adoptive families, members of the LGBTQIA+ community; offer Christian counseling.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from New Mexico Highlands University. I believe all emotions are valid and deserve compassionate exploration. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan focused on strengthening insight, building resilience, and improving daily functioning. I look forward to supporting you as you take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

"I believe that even after personal trauma and loss, with the right support, resilience, and practical skills, it is possible to reclaim your strength, rebuild a meaningful life, and grow empowered through life’s most difficult chapters."
