My approach is warm and client-centered. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, and emotional challenges while developing healthy coping skills, building confidence , and gaining insight.

"As a woman I know how it feels to just survive every days hustle and struggles. I have learned the importance of learning how to thrive during daily struggles and not just surviving them. Daily self-care can make us feel empowered even through daily struggles. "
