I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, personalized care to children, adolescents, and adults. I typically work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking greater emotional stability, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is collaborative and holistic, combining evidence-based medication management with attention to each person’s unique experiences, lifestyle, and goals.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I work with both men and women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, trauma, and life transitions. Clients can expect honest conversations, thoughtful medication management, and a judgment-free space where we work  toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and like yourself again.

My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, and when you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward feeling more like yourself again.

"As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe meaningful healing happens when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to help individuals navigate life's challenges."

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

I wish more people knew that struggling with mental Health doesn't mean there's something wrong with you and it is a longterm investment.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

The first session is a time for us to slow down and get to know you. We'll talk about history, what you've been experiencing, and what you hope to work toward.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

Each session is individualized.
