Hi, I'm Lillian, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNPBC) with over 7 years of healthcare experience dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness and lasting change. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and mood disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. Together, we will develop practical strategies and treatment plans that empower you to overcome challenges, build resilience, and reach your personal goals

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and develop personalized treatment plans that support symptom relief, emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term success.

Seeking help takes courage, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I am committed to providing a supportive, judgmentfree environment where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

"I believe every person deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered, and I am committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges while building confidence, resilience, and emotional wellness. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a psychiatric provider because I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and quality of life. Throughout my healthcare career, I have seen the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based mental health care can have on individuals and families. I wanted to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, reduce stigma surrounding mental illness, and empower people to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Healing is not always a straight path, and progress does not require perfection. Small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful change, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and learning about your goals. Together, we will discuss your symptoms, history, and treatment options in a supportive, judgmentfree environment. In the early stages of treatment, we will work collaboratively to develop a personalized plan that helps you build coping skills, improve emotional wellbeing, and move toward lasting positive change.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My practice is guided by compassion, empathy, respect, and the belief that every individual deserves high-quality mental health care. Through more than seven years of healthcare experience, I have learned the importance of listening without judgment, meeting people where they are, and creating a safe space where clients feel supported, empowered, and hopeful about their future.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs

I tailor treatment to each client's individual needs, goals, cultural background, and life experiences. Using a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I create personalized treatment plans that support meaningful progress while fostering a safe, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic environment.
