About Tiffany
Hi! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner based in Pennsylvania. I received my master's from Walden University in 2023 and have been helping those struggling with mental health challenges for over 14 years. I specialize in treating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I also provide medication management and brief supportive therapy.
I am an active listener, which helps me identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
If you've been carrying things on your own for a long time, you don't have to keep doing it alone—healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward feeling more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself.

"I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that helps clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My decision to become a psychiatric provider came from seeing how deeply mental health affects every part of a person’s life. I wanted to provide compassionate care that not only treats symptoms, but also helps people regain hope, confidence, and balance.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers as well as college students navigating through their programs. My patients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, report inability to focus, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers and education.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Real healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and you deserve care that makes you feel heard, respected, and understood.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then you will be provided ample time to explain your needs and concerns. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is grounded in compassion, empathy, and the belief that every person deserves to feel heard without judgment. I value creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel supported in their healing journey.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by meeting clients where they are emotionally and adapting our work together based on their needs, strengths, comfort level, and pace of healing.
